Approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). She is also highly skilled in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Gottman-informed couples care, with specific clinical training focused on trauma-informed care, non-suicidal self-injury, and treating chronic pain.
