Adult & Youth Counselling Services

Life can bring moments of challenge, change, and uncertainty. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, navigating a transition, or simply wanting a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, counselling can help. Our goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and understanding, while supporting you in creating the changes and growth you hope for.

Counselling – also called psychotherapy or talk therapy – is a supportive, collaborative process where a trained mental health professional helps individuals explore their experiences, understand their thoughts and feelings, and work toward meaningful change. It provides a safe, confidential space for people to talk openly about challenges, emotions, and goals.

Counsellors (or psychotherapists) can help with a wide range of concerns, such as stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship issues, life transitions, grief, trauma, self-esteem, and overall well-being. The approach is typically talk-based, though counsellors may use a variety of therapeutic tools and techniques depending on the person’s needs.

What We Offer:

Individual Counselling: One-on-one sessions for youth and teens (ages 13 years & up), adults and seniors, where you’ll find a caring, non-judgmental space to share your experiences, explore what matters most to you, and learn new strategies for well-being.
